摘　　要：通过介绍互联网环境下高校图书馆资源建设所面临的形势和高校读者对于资源的需求特征以及高校图书馆资源建设存在的问题,在分析问题的前提下提出资源建设有效策略。The paper introduces the situation of university library resources construction under the Internet environment.The characteristics of university readers’ demand for resources and the problemsof university library resources construction put forward to effective strategies of resource construction on the premise of analyzing the problems.
