摘　　要：目的了解安宁疗护对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者家庭压力缓解的效果,并分析其影响因素。方法随机抽取2017年6月-2019年6月在我院就诊并接受安宁疗护的138例晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者,采用全国宁养项目办公室编制的服务质量调查表对其进行调查,了解安宁疗护对患者家庭压力缓解的效果及其主要影响因素。结果安宁疗护能在一定程度上缓解晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者的家庭压力,多因素分析结果显示:医疗费用支付方式、护理指导、服药后疼痛减轻程度、电话随访次数/月、心理舒缓、协助寻求社会资源、介绍社会资源信息、团体学习/分享活动是影响患者家庭压力缓解程度的主要因素。结论对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者采取安宁疗护十分必要,为缓解患者家庭压力,医护人员应做好定期随访、给予其主要照顾者正确全面的护理指导、为其提供最大程度的社会支持,以有效减轻患者家庭压力,最大限度提升其生存质量。Objective To understand the practical effect of hospice care relieving the family pressure of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumor,and explore the influencing factors.Methods A total of 138 patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumor admitted to our hospital between June 2017 ans June 2019 were randomly selected and investigated the current situation of family pressure and its main influencing factors.Results Hospice care could relieve the family pressure,the multiple regression analysis results showed that risking factors were the payment of medical expenses,nursing instruction,the degree of pain relief after medication,telephone follow-up times/month,psychological relief,help in seeking social resources,social resources information,group learning/sharing activities.Conclusion For patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumor,it is necessary to give home-based hospice care.In order to relieve the psychological and financial pressure of the family,nursing staff should follow up regularly to provide the main caregivers with comprehensive nursing guide and social support as much as possible.
