摘　　要：目的探讨"1+3"管理模式在临床检验标本运送与交接中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月-2017年6月我院临床送检的277 519件标本为对照组,选取2017年9月-2018年8月我院临床送检的279 269件标本为观察组,对照组采用常规标本送检与交接管理模式,观察组采用"1+3"管理模式,比较2组标本转运时间、标本信息登记齐全率以及标本相关不良事件。结果观察组标本平均转运时间为明显短于对照组(t=4.410,P<0.001);标本信息登记齐全率明显高于对照组(P<0.001),标本不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=22.698,P<0.001)。结论 "1+3"管理模式能减少标本流转时间,有效提升检验标本运送和交接的质量,推动标本运送交接环节质量的持续改进。Objective To explore the application effect of 1+3 management model in the delivery and handover of clinical laboratory specimens.Methods Specimens transported and handed over between July 2016 and June 2017 in the traditional way were selected into the control group,while those done between September 2017 and August 2018 using the 1+3 management model were chosen into the observation group.The transporting time,rate of complete registration,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The transporting time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=4.410,P<0.001),the rate of complete registration of the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.001),while the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the latter(χ^2=22.698,P<0.001).Conclusion The 1+3 management model can reduce the time of specimens′transfer,effectively promote the quality and continuous improvement of specimens′delivery and handover.
