摘　　要：从供应链运作、仓储配送、大数据、获取用户、损耗率等五方面构建盈利模型,针对常态和疫情两种状态下的社区生鲜电商盈利模式进行比较研究,并从供应链管理、全程冷链、末端配送共享三个角度提出未来发展建议。In this paper, we constructed a profit model from five aspects which were supply chain operation, warehouse distribution, big data, user acquisition and loss rate, then compared the community fresh e-business profit model in normal and epidemic situations, and finally, proposed the development suggestions for the future from three angles of supply chain management, whole process cold chain and terminal distribution sharing.
