偏远山村养老供给配送发展策略研究

摘　　要：从养老供给配送体系建设的角度寻求偏远山村老人养老问题的解决方案,以湖南省娄底市新化县为例分析养老保障、山村配送服务、山村医疗服务的现状,研究偏远山村供给配送体系的人员分布、山区道路、配送方案等,设计偏远山村养老供给配送方案,并从配送网络、信息平台、人才培养、增值服务、政策环境五方面提出相关建议。From the perspective of pension supply and distribution system construction, this paper sought a solution to the old-age care problem in remote mountain villages. Taking Xinhua County, Loudi City, Hunan Province as an example, it set out to analyze the current status of pension support, mountain village distribution services, and mountain village medical services, and studied the distribution of personnel, mountain roads, and distribution plans, etc., of the remote mountain village supply and distribution system. Next, it designed the remote mountain village pension supply and distribution plan, and put forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of distribution network,information platform, talent training, value-added services, and policy environment.
