摘 要:针对集装箱堆场场桥调度作业中减少港口碳排放和降低运营成本的问题,考虑场桥与外集卡的作业联系,建立了以堆场作业过程中场桥和外集卡碳排放量、作业成本以及场桥转场次数为评价指标的多目标场桥全局调度优化模型。针对其多目标特征,使用加入模拟退火算法的混合非劣排序遗传算法对场桥调度问题进行求解并且用层次分析法选择一个最优解。使用MATLAB编程,通过算例实验,对仅考虑成本的单目标方案和新提出的多目标方案进行对比分析,实验结果证明了模型与算法的有效性。Aimed to reduce the carbon emission and operation cost of the shipyard gantry crane scheduling and operation in a container yard, and in consideration of the operation relation between the gantry crane and outside container trucks, a multi-objective shipyard gantry crane overall scheduling optimization model was established with carbon emission, operation cost and transfer times of the gantry crane and container trucks during yard operations as evaluation indexes. In view of its multi-objective characteristics, the hybrid non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm adjusted with the simulated annealing algorithm was used to solve the gantry crane scheduling problem and an optimal solution was isolated using the analytic hierarchy process. Then, through MATLAB programming in a numerical example, the single objective scheme only considering cost and the newly proposed multi-objective scheme were compared and analyzed, showing the effectiveness of the model and algorithm of this paper.
