摘　　要：深度剖析北京市快递末端配送的发展现状,指出其中存在的实际问题及特点,构建快递末端智能投递运营模式,通过平台预约、信息查询、顾客反馈等功能完成智能投递,探索出适合北京市的高效末端智能投递路径。In this paper, we analyzed in depth the development status of endpoint delivery in Beijing, pointed out its features and existing problems, and built the express endpoint intelligent delivery operation mode which can accomplish intelligent delivery through platform appointment, information query, and customer feedback, etc., based on which to explore an effective endpoint intelligent delivery path for Beijing.
