摘  要:从某电厂两台660 MW超超临界机组给水全挥发处理(AVT)存在的问题入手,分析了该技术造成的受热面沉积速率高、锅炉压差大、汽轮机氧化铁沉积、高加流动加速腐蚀(FAC)等问题的原因;介绍了该机组应用的给水全保护自动加氧(FPOT)技术的工艺流程,并评估该机组加氧稳定运行后高加疏水加氧效果、汽水系统含铁量及凝结水精处理运行周期变化;总结全保护自动加氧(FPOT)的优越性并提出了运行及维护建议,以期为同类型机组给水加氧处理提供借鉴。Based on the problems of AVT in two 660 MW ultra supercritical units of a power plant,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,such as high deposition rate of heating surface,large pressure difference of boiler,iron oxide deposition of steam turbine and FAC of high pressure heater,introduces the process flow of FPOT technology applied in the unit,and evaluates the effect of drainage and oxygenation of the high-pressure heater,the iron content of the steam water system and the operation cycle change of the condensate polishing treatment under the stable operation.The advantages of the full protection oxygenated treatment (FPOT) are summarized and the operation and maintenance suggestions are put forward, so as to provide reference for the feedwater oxygenation treatment of the same type of unit.
