摘　　要：本研究团队近年来致力于传统中药新功能开发,从多种中药中筛选出一种具有显著抗生素增效作用的岭南传统中药--猴耳环(Pithecellobium clypearia),其有作为抗生素佐剂的潜力。本文从细菌抗生素耐药现状分析、抗生素佐剂的研究进展以及猴耳环作为抗生素佐剂的研究进展这三个方面,结合本团队的研究成果,对猴耳环作为抗生素佐剂的现状作综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。In recent years,our team has been committed to the research of new functions of traditional Chinese medicine,and systematically screened Chinese medicines and identified Pithecellobium clypearia with significant antibiotic synergistic effect,which has the potential to be used as an antibiotic adjuvant. In this review,we summarized the current situation of bacterial antibiotic resistance,the research progress of antibiotic adjuvant,and the research progress of Pithecellobium clypearia as antibiotic adjuvant to provide the reference for the further investigation and development of this herbal plant.
