摘　　要：针对塑壳断路器用分励脱扣器低温拒动的问题,分别对助吸式分励脱扣器与自吸式分励脱扣器两种产品进行试验并提出相应的解决方案。分析发现低温拒动问题与润滑脂的涂抹方式有关,也与滚抛加工工艺等方面有关。This paper analyzed the problem that the shunt release of moulded case circuit break(MCCB)does not operate at low temperature.The solution to the problem of low temperature non-action of auxiliary suction shunt release and self suction shunt release was proposed respectively.The analysis shows that the problem is related to the way of applying lubricating grease,as well as the rolling and polishing process.
