摘  要:针对分宜电厂2×660 MW超超临界火电机组的MFT设计和应用,详细介绍了MFT在锅炉安全保护中的重要作用,以及其跳闸/复位动作的各种条件;分析总结了MFT硬继电器逻辑回路在应用过程中的优点、缺点,希望可以加强火电厂热控人员对MFT的理解和应用。For the MFT design and application of 2×660 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power units in Fenyi Power Plant,the important role of MFT in boiler safety protection and various conditions of its trip/reset action are introduced in detail;MFT hard relay logic circuit The power level used by the control power supply,the design method of each sub-loop,the type and function of the important components used,the number,role and operation process of the sub-loop;fi nally summarized and analyzed,MFT hard relay logic circuit in the application process Advantages and disadvantages.Through the above,I hope to strengthen the understanding and application of thermal power plant thermal control personnel to MFT,so that they can quickly make judgments on various faults in the future MFT maintenance process of the unit,and solve the faults in a timely manner.Ensure the stability and safety of the unit during operation.
