摘　　要：【目的/意义】农村疫情防控基础薄弱,难点多,农村垃圾问题对人的健康的危害力越来越明显,对于农村经济的阻碍作用很大。疫情防控背景下农村垃圾问题有效处理关系到新农村的建设,进一步影响着农村环境治理的可持续发展。【设计/方法】基于疫情防控背景下农村垃圾处理问题,采用文献研究法,对与农村垃圾处理问题有关的35篇CSSCI来源期刊中的论文进行研究。【结论/发现】学界对于我国农村垃圾处理问题的重视程度还停留在较为“表面的认识”,然而学者们多通过实证分析的方法对政府和村民个体进行具体分析,在一定程度上忽视了市场和第三方主体的作用,另外对于国外优秀经验的借鉴与学习也存在不足。因此,充分把握农村垃圾处理的生成机理、处理体系和治理模式,能够较为全面地发现当下农村垃圾处理中的问题。未来应当要着重关注政府、村民、市场以及第三方主体等多主体的参与积极性和作用,从而有效解决农村垃圾问题。[Purpose/significance]The basis for prevention and control of rural epidemics is weak and there are many difficulties.The harm of rural garbage to human health is becoming more and more obvious,and it has a great hindrance to the rural economy.The effective treatment of rural garbage in the context of epidemic prevention and control is related to the construction of a new countryside and further affects the sustainable development of rural environmental governance.[Design/Methodology]Based on the problem of rural waste disposal in the context of epidemic prevention and control,this article uses a literature research method to study papers in 35 CSSCI source journals related to rural waste disposal issues.[Findings/Conclusions]The academic circles have not paid enough attention to the problem of rural garbage disposal in my country,and stay in a relatively shallow understanding.However,scholars often conduct concrete analysis on the government and individual villagers through empirical analysis,to a certain extent,they neglect the role of the market and third-party entities.In addition,there is also a lack of reference and learning for foreign excellent experience.Therefore,by fully grasping the generation mechanism,treatment system and treatment mode of rural garbage disposal,we can discover the problems in the current rural garbage disposal more comprehensively.In the future,we should focus on the enthusiasm and role of multi-agents such as the government,villagers,markets and third-party entities,so as to effectively solve the rural garbage problem.
