摘　　要：中美贸易战及全球新冠肺炎疫情大流行必然对中国稳定粮食价格策略产生深刻影响。纵观中国粮食价格支持政策演变历程,其在特定历史阶段对稳定粮食供应和粮食价格起到了重要作用。随着时间的推移及国际国内粮食市场形势的变化,中国粮食价格支持政策存在的问题逐渐暴露出来。通过分析中美贸易战及新冠肺炎疫情对中国粮食价格的影响,提出了从保障农民利益出发、不断优化粮食价格支持政策,从有利于产业链发展出发,妥善解决粮食价格扭曲问题,进一步推动粮食种植结构优化,加强对粮食市场价格的监测和预警等对策建议,切实保障国内粮食价格稳定。The Sino-US trade war and the global pandemic of COVID-19 will inevitably have a profound impact on China's strategy of stabilizing grain prices.Throughout the evolution of China's grain price support policy,the policy has played an important role in stabilizing grain supply and grain prices at certain historical stages.With the passage of time and the changes in the international and domestic grain markets,the problems of China’s grain price support policy have gradually been exposed.By analyzing the impact of the Sino-US trade war and COVID-19 on China’s grain prices,this paper proposes countermeasures such as continuously optimizing the grain price support policy from the perspective of protecting farmers'interests,properly solving the problem of grain price distortion from the perspective of developing the industrial chain,further promoting the optimization of grain planting structure,and strengthening the monitoring and early warning of grain market prices,in order to ensure the stability of domestic grain prices.
