摘 要:2008年国际金融危机爆发后,全球贸易进入中低速增长周期。2019年以来,中国对外贸易国际市场布局进一步优化、外贸质量进一步提升、发展动能转换进一步加快、民营企业出口明显增加,对外贸易稳中提质取得了一定成效,但依然面临着经济增长下行压力加大、外贸发展新动能不足、贸易自由化便利化水平尚需提升等挑战。应加快推进“一带一路”倡议和外贸市场多元化,加速自贸试验区建设和自由贸易协定谈判,促进跨境电子商务综合试验区建设,努力提升贸易便利化自由化水平,实现中国对外贸易持续健康发展。After the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008,global trade has entered a medium-and-low speed growth cycle.Since 2019,the international market layout of China's foreign trade has been further optimized,the quality of foreign trade has been further improved,the transformation of development momentum has been further accelerated,and the export of private enterprises has increased significantly,which shows that the quality of foreign trade has been improved in a stable way.However,it still faces challenges such as increasing downward pressure of economic growth,the lack of new momentum in foreign trade development and the need to increase the level of trade liberalization and facilitation.The Belt and Road Initiative,the diversification of foreign trade markets,the construction of pilot free trade zones,and the negotiations on free trade agreements should be accelerated.The construction of a comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce should be promoted.Efforts should be made to increase the level of trade facilitation and liberalization,so as to achieve sustained and healthy development of China's foreign trade.
