中国区域物流竞争力评价及其协调发展研究

摘　　要：从物流基础设施、运输能力、经济效益和发展潜力4个方面出发构建了物流业竞争力评价体系,以2018年物流业相关统计数据为基础,采用综合评价-熵值法与耦合协调度模型,对中国大陆31个省份物流业竞争力与耦合协调发展程度进行了评价。结果表明:当前中国大陆各省份物流竞争力与经济发展水平相一致,存在明显的区域差异,其中华东七省份物流竞争力最强,西北五省份最弱;各一级指标竞争力相较总竞争力呈现出相应的波动,但整体仍与经济发展水平相契合。当前中国物流业整体处于初级协调发展阶段,区域物流耦合协调度呈现出东部高、中部次之、西部最低的态势,区域物流竞争力与其协调程度高度相关。The logistics competitiveness evaluation system is constructed from the four aspects of logistics infrastructure,transportation capacity,economic benefits and development potential.Based on the relevant statistics of logistics industry in 2018,this paper evaluates the competitiveness and coupling and coordinated development degree of 31 provinces in Chinese mainland by adopting the comprehensive evaluation entropy method and the coupling coordination model.The results show that the current logistics competitiveness of Chinese mainland provinces is consistent with the level of economic development,and there are obvious regional differences.Among them,the logistics competitiveness of the seven eastern provinces is the strongest,and that of the five northwestern provinces are the weakest.Compared with the total competitiveness,the competitiveness of each level of indicators shows corresponding fluctuations,but the overall level is still consistent with the level of economic development.At present,China’s logistics industry as a whole is in the primary stage of coordinated development,and the regional logistics coupling coordination degree shows the trend of being high in the East,secondary in the middle,and lowest in the West.The competitiveness of regional logistics is highly related to the degree of coordination.
