自体鼻中隔软骨与自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体隆鼻的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体鼻中隔软骨与自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体隆鼻的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年1月笔者医院行隆鼻术的110例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,各55例。对照组采用自体鼻中隔软骨结合硅胶假体隆鼻,观察组采用自体鼻中隔软骨与自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体隆鼻。比较两组治疗效果、手术前后鼻部形态、对鼻整形效果的满意度及并发症发生率等情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后伤口愈合时间、鼻中隔软骨切取量、嗅觉减退率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组矫正成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后鼻尖角、鼻长、鼻尖高度改善效果优于对照组,且患者对鼻根部、鼻背部、鼻头部的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月内感染、假体破溃、假体外露、过敏、外形僵硬等并发症发生率低于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自体鼻中隔软骨与自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体隆鼻可较好改善鼻部形态,提高患者对鼻部整形满意度,降低并发症风险,值得在临床推广实践。Objective To analyze the application value of rhinoplasty with autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with autologous nasal septal cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis,while the observation group was treated with autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis.The effects,shape of the nose before and after surgery,satisfaction with the rhinoplasty effect,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no signifi cant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound healing time,nasal septal cartilage cutting volume and olfactory loss rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The correction success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The improvement effect of nasal tip angle,nose length and nose tip height in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of patients with nasal root,nasal back and nose head was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection,prosthetic rupture,prosthesis exposure,allergy,stiffness and other complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group within 6 months after operation,but there was no signifi cant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rhinoplasty with autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis can well improve the shape of patient’s nose,improve their satisfaction with the surgery,and reduce the risk of complications.It is worth p
