摘　　要：目的:探讨针对年轻患者,应用结构脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-GEL)矫正泪槽畸形的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年7月-2019年7月,采用结构脂肪联合SVF胶注射填充矫正31例泪槽畸形患者。术后随访3~12个月,根据术前以及术后对比照片,用Likert量表对手术效果予以评估。结果:本组31例患者,总体满意率为83.9%(26/31),术后均未出现明显不良反应。结论:应用结构脂肪联合SVF胶矫正泪槽畸形,可以实现精准、安全、稳定的填充效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of combined structural fat and SVF-GEL grafting in correction of the tear trough deformity in young people.Methods From July 2017 to July 2019,31 patients with tear trough deformity were treated with structural fat and SVF-GEL injection.The patients were followed up for 3-12 months,and the satisfaction assessment was evaluated with Likter scale which depend on the photos before and after the surgery.Results There were 31 patients in this group,the overall satisfaction rate was 83.9%(26/31),and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Structural fat combined SVF-GEL transplantation can achieve pinpoint,safe and stable results in correction of tear trough deformity in young people,which is worth for clinical promotion.
