摘　　要：目的:探究在鼻内镜辅助下同期行鼻整形术和鼻中隔矫正术重建鼻功能疗效。方法:纳入2017年2月-2018年2月于笔者医院接受鼻内镜辅助下同期行鼻整形术和鼻中隔矫正术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象。术后对所有患者均进行为期1年的随访观察,分析其临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况,对比手术前后患者对鼻外观的满意度、鼻外形与鼻通气功能评分。结果:60例患者临床治愈33例(55.0%),好转27例(45.0%),无效0例(0.0%),治疗总有效率100.00%(60/60),且鼻中隔位置居中,嵴突消失,鼻尖偏高中线<3mm,鼻腔通气症状显著改善。术后随访1年均无鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔穿孔以及塌鼻等并发症发生。术后患者外形十分满意35例(58.3%),较满意25例(41.7%),不满意0例(0.0%),满意度为100.00%(60/60)。术后鼻外形与鼻通气功能评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜辅助下同期行鼻整形术和鼻中隔矫正术重建鼻功能疗效显著,且术后并发症发生风险较小,安全性较高,可明显提高患者对术后鼻外观的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic assisted rhinoplasty and septum correction in the reconstruction of nasal function.Methods 60 patients who received endoscopic assisted rhinoplasty and nasal septum correction in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were included as the study subjects.All patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery,their clinical effi cacy and postoperative complications was analyzed,and patients'satisfaction with nasal appearance,nasal appearance and nasal ventilation function before and after surgery were compared.Results In 60 cases,33 cases(55.0%)were cured,27 cases(45.0%)were improved,and 0 case(0.0%)was ineffective.The total effective rate was 100.00%(60/60),and the nasal septum was in the middle,the cristae disappeared,the nasal tip was on the high side and the midline was less than 3mm.No complications such as nasal adhesion,perforation of nasal septum and nasal collapse occurred during 1 year followup.35 cases(58.3%)were very satisfi ed with the appearance,25 cases(41.7%)were relatively satisfi ed,0 case(0.0%)were not satisfi ed,and the satisfaction rate was 100.00%(60/60).The scores of nasal shape and nasal ventilation function after operation were lower than those before operation,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopeassisted reconstruction of nasal function under rhinoplasty and septum correction during the same period has a significant effect,and the risk of postoperative complications is small,with high safety,which can signifi cantly improve the satisfaction of patients with postoperative nasal appearance.It is worthy of clinical application.
