改良Fox术对老年下睑内翻患者术后美学效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察改良外眦部梭形皮肤切除术(Fox术)对老年下睑内翻患者术后美学效果的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2017年1月-2018年1月手术治疗的老年下睑内翻患者74例,Fox术治疗的34例(40眼)作为对照组,改良Fox术治疗的40例(49眼)作为观察组,比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发情况、术后并发症发生率以及面部美学满意度。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组近期复发率、近期面部美学满意度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的远期复发率显著低于对照组,远期面部美学满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率略低于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良Fox术矫治老年下睑内翻疗效满意,能够显著降低远期复发率,并且安全性好,患者美学满意度更高。Objective To observe the effect of modifi ed fusiform skin resection of outer canthus(Fox surgery)on postoperative facial aes-thetics in elderly patient with lower eyelid entropion.Methods 74 cases of elderly lower eyelid entropion patient with surgical treatment from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected,34 patients(40 eyes)treated with Fox surgery as the control group,and 40 patients(49 eyes)treated with modifi ed Fox surgery as the observation group,the clinical effi cacy,recurrence,postoperative complication rate and facial aes-thetics satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference between the observation group and the control group in recent recurrence rate and facial aesthetic satisfaction(P>0.05).The long-term recurrence rate of the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,and the long-term facial aesthetic satisfaction was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was slightly lower than control group,but the difference was not statistically signifi cant between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modifi ed Fox surgery in the treatment of elderly patient with lower eyelid entropion has satisfactory effect,it can signifi cantly reduce the long-term recurrence rate,and it is safe,the patient's facial aes-thetics satisfaction is higher.
