金菊解毒颗粒联合艾拉光动力治疗中重度痤疮患者的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨金菊解毒颗粒与艾拉光动力联合治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及对皮损症状及美观度的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年5月于笔者医院治疗的120例中、重度痤疮患者,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例;对照组患者给予艾拉光动力治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予金菊解毒颗粒联合治疗,两组患者治疗时间均为1个月,治疗后3个月随访,随访评估内容为患者皮肤状况及不良反应情况。比较治疗前及治疗后3个月时两组患者治疗有效率、皮损数量、美观度、不良反应发生率以及痤疮复发状况。结果:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组患者粉刺、丘疹、脓疱及结节数量均显著少于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后皮损数量与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组患者皮肤角质层含水量均显著升高(P<0.05),黑色素含量、血红素含量均显著下降(P<0.05),但观察组治疗后升高/下降与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗期间,观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为25.00%和31.00%(P>0.05);观察组患者痤疮复发率略低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:金菊解毒颗粒联合艾拉光动力治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效显著,可改善其皮损症状,恢复美观,复发风险较低,且疗法安全性较理想,对患者预后恢复有利。Objective To study the efficacy of Jinju Jiedu granules and ALA-PDT (5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy) on patients with moderate-to-severe acne,and its effects on symptoms of skin lesions and aesthetic degree.Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate-to-severe acne treated in our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,and on this basis,control group was given ALA-PDT while observation group was given Jinju Jiedu granules combined with ALA-PDT,and the two groups were treated for 1 month and followed up for 3 months.The effective rate of treatment,quantities of skin lesions,aesthetic degree,incidence rates of adverse reactions and recurrence of acne were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the quantities of pimple,papules,pustules and nodules in the two groups were significantly less than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the quantities of skin lesions in observation group after treatment were significantly different from those in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of stratum corneum in the two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05) while the melanin content and heme content were significantly decreased (P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the increase/decreases between observation group and control group after treatment (P>0.05).During treatment,the incidence rates of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 25.00% and 31.00% respectively (P>0.05).The recurrence rate of acne in observation group was slightly lower than that in control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Jinju Jiedu granules combined with ALA-PDT has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of moderate-to-severe acne.It can improve the symptoms of skin lesions,and restore th
