加速康复外科联合冰敷护理在鞍鼻畸形矫正术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复外科联合冰敷护理用于鞍鼻畸形矫正术患者围手术期的护理效果。方法:选择笔者科室2018年3月-2019年3月收治的64例鞍鼻畸形矫正手术患者,通过单双号法分为对照组(32例)和实验组(32例),对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施加速康复外科联合冰敷疗法,对两组护理术后肿痛程度及鼻缘切口渗血的发生率进行比较。结果:实验组患者疼痛度、鼻周肿胀度评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组肿痛及鼻缘切口渗血的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鞍鼻畸形矫正患者围手术期应用加速康复外科联合冰敷护理可有效减轻患者疼痛,提高了患者满意度,缩短住院时间,加速患者的术后康复,具有积极的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) combined with ice compress therapy in the perioperative period of patients with saddle nose deformity correction.Methods 64 patients with saddle nose deformity treated in our department from March 2018 to March 2019 were classified into the control group (32 cases) and the experimental group (32 cases) by single and double numbering method.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received ERAS combined with ice compress therapy.The incidence of bleeding from the nasal margin incision and the degree of swelling and pain after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain and swelling around nose in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of swelling and pain and bleeding of nasal incision were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with ice compress therapy in the perioperative period of patients with saddle nose deformity correction can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,shorten the length of stay,and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which has a positive clinical promotion value.
