改良鼻腔引流管固定法在综合鼻整形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨利用3M弹力胶带H形固定在综合鼻整形术后鼻腔引流管固定中的临床效果。方法:将2018年6月-2019年6月在笔者科室行综合鼻整形且留置鼻腔负压引流管的患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用传统胶带及方法固定,观察组用3M弹力胶带H形固定法,比较两组不同固定方法的效果。结果:观察组患者的引流管松脱例数、患者担心脱落例数、患者自感活动不便例数及反复粘贴次数明显低于对照组,且观察组患者的舒适度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统胶布固定方法相比,采用3M弹力胶带的H形固定法固定牢靠,安全性高,患者舒适度更高,建议临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified fixation method with 3M elastic tape H-type in nasal drainage tube fixation after comprehensive rhinoplasty.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with nasal negative pressure drainage tube in our department of rhinoplasty were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases each group.The control group was fixed by traditional tape and method.The observation group used the 3M elastic tape H-fixing method to compare the effects of different fixation methods of the two groups.Results In the observation group,the number of cases of drainage tube loosening,the number of cases of patients worried about falling off,the number of cases of patients with self-conscious movement inconvenience and the number of times of repeated pasting were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the comfort degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional tape fixing method,the "H" type fixing method using 3M elastic tape is firmly fixed,high in safety and high in patient comfort.It is recommended to be applied in clinical practice.
