北京市基层体校竞技武术(套路)后备人才培养可持续发展研究  

On the Sustainable Development of Reserve Talents Training in Beijing Sports Schools at Basic Level

摘　　要：竞技体育是体育强国不可或缺的重要组成部分,后备人才的培养是竞技体育可持续发展的重要保障,新中国成立初期竞技体育后备人才在"举国体制"下取得了可喜的成绩;然而我国竞技体育的后备人才培养在新的历史时期却面临困境。本文以北京竞技武术(套路)为例,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对对北京市基层体校武术后备人才的培养现状进行分析,研究认为:北京竞技武术运动成绩跌落;基层体校习练武术项目的青少年生源数量不足、拥有运动技术等级的青少年运动员较少;基层武术教练员队伍有待进一步完善。鉴于此提出:(1)建立体育、教育相结合全方位培养后备人才的体系(2)在市场经济体制下拓展基层体校的发展(3)完善北京市青少年武术竞赛体系,搭建段位制竞赛平台(4)积极加强基层教练队伍建设,规范行业标准,提高相关待遇四点建议希望能为基层体校后备人才培养的可持续发展提供可参考的依据及合理建议。Competitive sport is an indispensable part of sports power,and the cultivation of reserve talents is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of competitive sports.In the early days of the founding of new China,the reserve talents of competitive sports have made gratifying achievements under the"national system";However,in the new historical period,the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in China is facing difficulties.Taking Beijing competitive Wushu(routine)as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of Wushu reserve talents in Beijing basic level sports schools by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The research shows that:the results of Beijing competitive Wushu fall;the number of young students who practice Wushu in basic level sports schools is insufficient,and the youth sports with sports technology level are in short supply There is less mobilization;the basic Wushu coaches need to be further improved.In view of this,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to establish a comprehensive system of training reserve talents by combining sports and education;(2)to expand the development of grass-roots sports schools under the market economy system;(3)to improve Beijing Youth Wushu competition system,Build a stage system competition platform(4)to actively strengthen the construction of grass-roots coaches,standardize industry standards,and improve relevant treatment The sustainable development of reserve talents training provides reference basis and reasonable suggestions.
