摘　　要：介绍电缆和光缆用绝缘和护套材料一致性鉴定技术,确立一致性鉴定试验方法、一致性鉴定谱图库和数据库的建立过程、一致性评判依据以及一致性鉴定检测结果的分析方法。We introduced the conformance identification technology for insulating and sheathing materials of electric and optical cables.We established the method of conformance identification,the establishment process of conformance identification spectrum library and database,the basis of conformance identification and the analysis method of con⁃formance identification test result.
