摘　　要：以常州市某医院智能医疗服务系统信息和工具为例,分析包括信息展板、智能交互终端和大屏在内的现有信息呈现方式和效果。观察群体行为特征,抽取任务中出错因子进行因果分析。通过信息元重整和信息层级优化设计,满足智能化系统的高效要求和便捷性能。Taking the information and tools of an intelligent medical service system in Changzhou City as an example,the existing information presentation methods and effects are analyzed,including information display boards,intelligent interactive terminals and large screens.The characteristics of group behaviors are observed and the error factors in the task are extracted for causal analysis.Through the information elements reorganization and information levels optimization design,it can meet the efficient requirements and convenient performance of the intelligent system.
