扶肝祛瘀丸对肝纤维化患者血清肝功能相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扶肝祛瘀丸对肝纤维化患者血清肝功能的相关指标的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2019年8月在本院治疗的90例肝纤维化患者;以入院单双号进行分组,单号为基础组(口服安洛化纤丸),双号为扶肝组(口服扶肝祛瘀丸),各45例。比较两组疗效,分析肝功能和血清指标。结果扶肝组肝纤维化患者痊愈+显效+有效的概率95.56%(43例),高于基础组的80.00%(36例),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.185,P<0.05)。基础组和扶肝组治疗前肝功能指标差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组肝功能指标均出现下降,且扶肝组水平低于基础组(P<0.05)。基础组和扶肝组疗前血清指标及NK水平差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗后两组HA、PC III下降,NK水平上升,且扶肝组上述指标优于基础组(均P<0.05)。扶肝组有4例发生静脉炎,5例出现心悸,发生率为20.00%;基础组出现2例静脉炎,1例皮疹,3例发生心悸,发生率13.33%;两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.335,P=0.248)。结论扶肝祛瘀丸可有效改善肝纤维化患者临床疗效,增加NK活性,改善肝脏功能。Objective To explore the effect of Fugan Quyu pills on serum liver function related indicators in patients with liver fibrosis.Methods Ninety patients with liver fibrosis who were treated in our hospital from March,2018 to August,2019 were selected.They were grouped by admission odd or even numbers;the patients with odd numbers were set as a basic group(n=45),orally taking Anluo Huaxian pills,and the patients with even numbers were set as a Fugan group(n=45),orally taking Fugan Quyu pills.The efficacies were compared between these two groups.The liver function and serum indicators were analyzed.Results The effective rate was higher in the Fugan group than in the basic group[95.56%(43/45)vs.80.00%(36/45);χ2=4.185,P<0.05].There were no statistical differences in the liver function indicators between these two groups before the treatment(all P>0.05).After the treatment,the liver function indicators decreased in both groups,and were better in the Fugan group than in the basic group(all P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the serum indicators and NK level between these two groups before the treatment(all P>0.05).After the treatment,the HA and PC III decreased and the NK level increased in both group;and the above factors were significantly better in the Fugan group in the basic group(all P<0.05).4 cases got phlebitis and 5 occurred palpitations in the Fugan group,and the incidence was 20.00%;2 patients had phlebitis,1 rash,and 3 heart palpitation in the basic group,with an incidence of 13.33%;and there was no statistical difference in the incidence between these two groups(χ2=1.335,P=0.248).Conclusion Fugan Quyu pills for patients with liver fibrosis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and their NK activity and liver function.
