金翘热毒清对临床常见革兰氏菌的体外抗菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察金翘热毒清颗粒和金翘热毒清喷雾干燥粉体外抗菌作用,并比较不同工艺制备的金翘热毒清抗菌作用是否存在差异。方法采用平板菌落计数法观察金翘热毒清颗粒和金翘热毒清喷雾干燥粉对临床常见的革兰氏阴性菌(大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌、卡他布兰汉菌、流感嗜血杆菌和副流感嗜血杆菌)和革兰氏阳性致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌)的最小抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果在菌液接种量为105 CFU/ml的条件下,两种工艺制备的金翘热毒清对肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌及副流感嗜血杆菌均具有较好的抗菌活性;对铜绿假单胞杆菌、卡他布兰汉菌、大肠埃希菌(不含ESBLs)、金黄色葡萄球菌(不含β-内酰胺酶)、金黄色葡萄球菌(含MSSA)具有一定抗菌作用;对大肠埃希菌(含ESBLs)、金黄色葡萄球菌(含β-内酰胺酶)、金黄色葡萄球菌(含MRSA)、粪肠杆菌的抗菌活性差。相同剂量下,金翘热毒清喷雾干燥粉对流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌(不含ESBLs)、金黄色葡萄球菌(不含β-内酰胺酶)的抗菌活性优于金翘热毒清颗粒。结论两者都具有一定的抗菌作用,相同剂量下金翘热毒清喷雾干燥粉对部分菌株的抑制作用优于金翘热毒清颗粒。Objective To study the antibacterial effects of Jinqiao Reduqing granules and Jinqiao Reduqing spray drying powder in vitro,and to compare the differences between the two terms of Jinqiao Reduqing.Methods The minimun inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Jinqiao Reduqing granules and Jinqiao Reduqing spray drying powder on common Gram bacteria were detected by plate count method.The common Gram bacteria included Gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Branhamellacatarrhalis,Haemophilus influenzae,and Haemophilus parainfluenzae)and Gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumonia).Results By inoculating 105 CFU/ml of bacterial solution,two terms of Jinqiao Reduqing produced by different technologies both had good antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae,Haemophilus influenzae,and Haemophilus parainfluenzae,also had some antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Branhamellacatarrhalis,Escherichia coli(without ESBLs),Staphylococcus aureus(withoutβ-lactamase),and Staphylococcus aureus(with MSSA),however,had poor antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli(with ESBLs),Staphylococcus aureus(withβ-lactamase),Staphylococcus aureus(with MRSA),and Enterobacter faecalis.At the same dosage,Jinqiao Reduqing spray drying powder had better antibacterial activity against Haemophilus influenzae,Escherichia coli(without ESBLs),and Staphylococcus aureus(withoutβ-lactamase)than Jinqiao Reduqing granules.Conclusions Both of Jinqiao Reduqing spray drying powder and Jinqiao Reduqing granules have certain antibacterial effects.At the same dosage,the inhibition effect of Jinqiao Reduqing spray drying powder on some strains is better than the latter.
