脊柱健康管理理念在社区产后访视中的探索

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱健康管理理念运用于社区产后访视对产妇的康复效果和影响。方法纳入2019年1—8月由深圳市妇幼保健信息平台分配至本院八卦岭区域社康中心产后访视的产妇100例,并将这100例健康的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组产后访视人员按常规要求访视,观察组在对照组的基础上,运用脊柱健康管理理念指导产妇在产褥期采取有效脊柱保健措施,于产后第30 d和90 d对两组产妇进行电话随访,对比分析两组产妇在脊柱舒适度、喂养方式及抑郁方面的差异。结果观察组产妇脊柱舒适度及产后纯母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组(88.0%比70.0%,P=0.027),观察组在产后第30 d[(3.15±2.40)分比(4.12±2.09)分]和第90 d[(2.34±1.60)分比(4.00±3.26)分]爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脊柱管理理念运用于社区产后访视中有利于提高产妇纯母乳喂养率,有利于产妇产后心理的改善,有利于提高产妇脊柱舒适度促进产后的恢复,同时可以有效的提高产妇产后的自我护理能力,从而提高母婴健康水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact of spinal health management concepts on postpartum visits in the community.Methods 100 healthy puerperae from January to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The postpartum visitors implemented postpartum visits according to routine requirements in the control group;on the basis,the postpartum visitors guided the puerperae to take effective spinal health measures during the puerperium with the concept of spinal health management in the observation group.The two groups of puerperae were followed up on the 30th and 90th day after delivery.Results The maternal spinal comfort and postpartum exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(88.0%vs.70.0%,P=0.027),the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the 30th and 90th day after delivery[(3.15±2.40)points vs.(4.12±2.09)points,(2.34±1.60)points vs.(4.00±3.26)points],there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of spine management in community postpartum visits is conducive to improving the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,the postpartum psychology,the comfort of the spine,promoting postpartum recovery,improving the self-care ability of puerperae and the health conditions of puerperae and infants,which is worth promoting.
