摘　　要：目的:对芫花有效成分进行探讨,以期为临床应用提供依据。方法:查阅近十年来关于芫花抗肿瘤的有效成分、作用机制以及活性的相关研究资料,进行归纳总结。结论:芫花中抗肿瘤有效成分主要为黄酮类、二萜类、木脂素类、香豆素类和倍半萜类,对肺癌、结肠癌等多种肿瘤细胞表现出明显的抑制作用,在新药研究及临床应用上具有开发价值。Objective To explore the active ingredients of Daphne genkwa in order to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods Investigate the relevant research data on the active constituents,mechanism of action and activity of anti-tumor in the past ten years,and carry out in-depth research and summary.Conclusion The anti-tumor active constituents of scutellariae are mainly flavonoids,diterpenoids,lignans,coumarins and sesquiterpenoids,which have obvious inhibitory effects on various tumor cells such as lung cancer and colon cancer.It has development value in new drug research and clinical application..
