摘　　要：对重型颅脑损伤患者早期肠内营养的护理进展进行综述。主要内容包括重型颅脑损伤后机体应激状态、肠内营养应用时机、实施途径、种类及剂量的选择、并发症的护理。认为早期、合理、序贯性肠内营养支持对降低重型颅脑损伤患者的感染发生率、改变代谢反应和改善预后有重要的作用,是颅脑损伤患者顺利康复的基础。To overview the nursing progress of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.including the stress state of the body after severe craniocerebral injury,the timing of enteral nutrition,the way of implementation of enteral nutrition,the selection of types and doses of nutrition preparations,and the nursing of complications of enteral nutrition.It seems that early,reasonable and sequential enteral nutrition support plays an important role in reducing the incidence of infection,changing metabolic response and improving prognosis in patients with severe brain injury,and is the basis for the successful rehabilitation of patients with brain injury.
