摘　　要：目的:探讨产褥期颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者血管内介入治疗的护理特点,提供护理参考。方法:检索中国医院数据图书馆、知网、万方数据库中相关文献并分析,给予产褥期CVST患者实施全程护理干预。结果:随着神经介入治疗的技术发展,使静脉窦内接触性溶栓、机械碎栓、动脉溶栓以及静脉窦内支架置入成为脑静脉窦血栓形成的有效治疗措施,实施全程护理干预,促进产褥期CVST患者的康复,降低了该病的致残率及病死率。结论:产褥期静脉窦血栓形成患者血管内介入治疗的护理极为重要,可有效促进产褥期CVST患者的康复。Objective To explore the nursing characteristics of endovascular interventional therapy for patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis in Puerperium,and to provide nursing reference.Methods The related literatures in Chinese hospital data library,Hownet and Wanfang database were searched and analyzed,and the patients with CVST in puerperium were given full-course nursing intervention.Results With the development of the technique of neurointerventional therapy,contact thrombolysis in Venous Sinus,mechanical thrombolysis,arterial thrombolysis and stent placement in venous sinus became the effective treatment for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,and nursing intervention was carried out in the whole course,to promote the puerperium CVST patients rehabilitation,reduce the morbidity and mortality of the disease.Conclusion Nursing Care of patients with venous sinus thrombosis during puerperium is very important and can effectively promote the recovery of CVST..
