黏膜套叠缝合在痔吻合器上黏膜环切术中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析痔吻合器上黏膜环切术中痔上黏膜套叠缝合的价值。方法:抽取2017年8月—2019年11月本院74例痔吻合器上黏膜环切除病例,并依据其术中缝合差异分组,观察组采用黏膜套叠缝合的效果分析,对照组为单荷包缝合。对比两组的手术治疗效果和术后疼痛程度。结果:观察组总有效率97.30%,对照组83.78%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排便V A S疼痛评分低于对照组P<0.05。结论:针对痔吻合器上黏膜环切手术患者于术中采取痔上黏膜套叠缝合操作方法有利于提升手术效果并缓解疼痛感。Objective To analyze the value of superior hemorrhoid mucosa interstitial suture during the operation of superior hemorrhoid anastomat.Methods From August 2017 to November 2019,74 cases of hemorrhoid stapler superior mucosal ring resection hand in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the difference in suture methods.The observation group was treated with mucosal intussusception suture,while the control group was treated with single-charge suture.The surgical treatment effect and postoperative pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.30%in the observation group and 89.19%in the control group,P<0.05.The VAS pain score of the first postoperative defecation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion For hemorrhoid stapling patients with superior mucosa cyclization operation,the operation of superior hemorrhoid mucosa interlayer suture is helpful to improve the operation effect and relieve the pain.
