摘　　要：因工艺车间火灾危险性为甲类,主生产车间采用直流式全空气中央空调系统。夏季空调机组采用通风模式消除房间余热量,且通风量满足平时7次/小时换气次数的要求,高浓度的房间排气排至厂区废气处理系统统一处理,低浓度的房间排气接至屋顶排风机组高空排放;冬季空调机组采用加热模式,保证房间温度≥5℃的要求。在车间的中间设备平台区域,借助平台钢结构的支撑新风管分两层布置,均匀送风;为了满足操作人员的舒适性,经常有人员停留的操作工位设置岗位送风系统;由于散发的有害气体比重比空气重,排风沿对边外墙设立管均匀排风,排风口上下设置,上部排1/3,下部排2/3;事故通风系统由平时排风系统和专用事故通风机共同承担。Because the fire hazard of the production building is Class A, the main production workshop adopts a direct all-air central air conditioning system. In summer, the air conditioning unit adopts the ventilation mode to eliminate the excess heat of the room, and the ventilation volume meets the requirement of 7 times/hour for the normal ventilation. The exhaust of the high-concentration room is discharged to the factory exhaust gas treatment system for unified treatment, the low-concentration room exhaust is connected to the roof exhaust fan unit for high-altitude discharge;the winter air-conditioning unit adopts the heating mode to ensure that the room temperature is not less than 5 ℃. In the middle platform area of the workshop, the fresh air duct supported by the platform steel structure is arranged in two layers to evenly distribute;In order to meet the comfort of the operator, the operation station where staff often stays is set up a post air supply system;Because the density of harmful gases is heavier than air, the exhaust air duct is installed uniformly along the opposite external wall, the exhaust vents are set at top and bottom, the upper part is 1/3, and the lower part is 2/3;the air volume of emergency ventilation system is supplied by the normal exhaust system and the emergency fan.
