摘　　要：采用氢谱(1H NMR)、碳谱(13C NMR)、梯度场氢氢相关化学位移相关谱(1H-1H COSY)、梯度场质子检测异核单量子化学位移相关谱(HSQC),梯度场质子检测异核多重键化学位移相关谱(HMBC)等多种NMR分析方法,确证了N,N-双去甲基西布曲明马来酸盐的结构,对它的1H和13C NMR谱信号进行了归属,鉴定了其结构,为测定西布曲明类似物提供了重要依据。The molecular of N,N-didesmethylsibutramine maleic acid was elucidated by 1 D NMR(1 H,13C NMR) and 2 D NMR techniques[gradient homonuclear correlation spectroscopy(1 H-1 H COSY),gradient heteronuclear single-quantum coherence(HSQC) and gradient heteronuclear multiple-bone coherence(HMBC)].The 1 H and 13C NMR signals for N,N-didesmethylsibutramine maleic acid were assigned.Its structure is identified and the data obtained could be used to detect sibutramine-analogues.
