摘 要:采用真空熔炼铸造法,在Cu-Ni-Fe-Al耐蚀合金的凝固过程中,对其施加电磁搅拌,并考察搅拌电流、搅拌频率等参数对Cu-Ni-Fe-Al耐蚀合金晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:对于Cu-Ni-Fe-Al耐蚀合金,在其凝固过程中对其施加电磁搅拌,起到细化晶粒的作用,明显改善合金凝固组织,使铸件得到细小的等轴晶结构。在电磁搅拌的影响因素中,电流强度相比于搅拌频率对晶粒的细化作用效果更为明显。By use of vacuum melting casting method,during the solidification process of Cu-Ni-Fe-Al corrosion-resistant alloy,the electromagnetic stirring has been applied to the Cu-Ni-Fe-Al corrosion-resistant alloy,and the influence of parameters such as stirring current and stirring frequency to the grain size of Cu-Ni-Fe-Al alloy has been investigated.The results show that the electromagnetic stirring has been applied to the Cu-Ni-Fe-Al corrosion-resistant alloy during the solidification process,which plays a role in refining the grains,significantly improving the solidification structure of the alloy,so that the casting has a fine equiaxed grain structure.Among the influencing factors of electromagnetic stirring,the effect of current intensity on grain refinement is more obvious than that of stirring frequency.
