摘　　要：二十世纪末,南非种族隔离制度慢慢走出历史舞台,以揭露社会现实为己任的戈迪默的创作也开始转向精神层面。她在精神层面的探索主要体现在通过宗教来审视现实。在中后期小说中,她在预设前提的条件下肯定了宗教仪式对于强化群体认同感的重要性的同时,强烈批判了宗教文化的排他性和虚幻性。然而,她的批判并非针对宗教本身,而是借批判宗教,批判以基督教文化为主导的西方文化对他国文化的侵蚀。据此,她以伊斯兰教为例,倡导宗教文化多元化来对抗以基督教文化为主导的文化殖民主义。At the end of the 20 th century,the apartheid system in South Africa gradually faded away,and Gordimer,whose mission was to expose the social reality,tended to focus on the spiritual level in her works.Her spiritual exploration is mainly reflected in examining reality through religion.In her middle and late novels,she affirmed the importance of religious ceremony in strengthening group identity under preset conditions,and strongly criticized the exclusiveness and unreality of religious culture.However,her criticism is not targeted at religion itself.By criticizing religion,she criticizes the erosion of other cultures by western culture dominated by Christian culture.Accordingly,she takes Islam as an example to advocate the diversified religious culture to counter the cultural colonialism dominated by Christian culture.
