摘  要:通过设计过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对马腺疫链球菌兽疫亚种及多杀性巴氏杆菌的定量、定性杀灭试验,对该消毒剂的消毒效果进行研究。结果显示:过硫酸氢钾复合物粉1600倍稀释时对马腺疫链球菌兽疫亚种的杀菌率为100%;3200倍稀释时对多杀性巴氏杆菌杀菌率为100%。过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对马腺疫链球菌兽疫亚种的最低有效浓度为3200倍稀释,该浓度的最短作用时间为60 min;对多杀性巴氏杆菌的最低有效浓度为3200倍稀释,该浓度的最短作用时间为30 min。The disinfection effect of the disinfectant was studied by observing the quantitative and qualitative killing test of potassium monopersulfate triple salt composite powder on Streptococcus equi subsp.zooepidemicus and Pasteurella multocida.The results showed that the bactericidal rate of potassium monopersulfate triple salt composite powder to S.equi subsp.zooepidemicus was 100%at 1600 times dilution and to P.multocida was 100%at 3200 times dilution.The minimum effective concentration of potassium monopersulfate triple salt composite powder to S.equi subsp.zooepidemicus was 3200 times of dilution,and the shortest action time of this concentration was 60 min;the minimum effective concentration to P.multocida was 3200 times of dilution,and the shortest action time of this concentration was 30 min.
