摘 要:以南京秦淮区路子铺地块 NO.2013G47 项目永久钢管柱自动实时调垂施工技术的应用实例为基础,对调垂系统组成及工作原理进行了分析,总结并完善了逆作法一柱一桩中永久钢管柱的施工工艺及相关措施,解决了在逆作法施工中永久钢管柱垂直度实现自动实时调整的这一关键技术,且垂直度控制精度得到大幅度的提高。Based on the application example of the construction technology of the construction technology of the permanent steel tube column automatic real-time tuning in the road sub-floor NO.2013G47 project in Qinhuai district of Nanjing,this paper analyzes the composition and working principle of the vertical adjustment system,summarizes and consummates the construction technology and relevant measures of the permanent steel tube column in one-pile-one-column,and solves the key technology of realizing the automatic real-time adjustment of the vertical degree of the permanent steel tube column in the reverse construction,and improves the accuracy of the vertical control greatly.
