摘 要:根据相似相溶的原理,运用无水乙醇来回收沉淀废渣中的乳化液,经过做实验找到了一条绿色、高效、无污染的回收工艺。通过单因素控制实验确定了该回收工艺的最佳工艺条件为:液固比为10,洗涤温度40℃,洗涤时间为2 h,乳化液回收率可达到98.18%,分离后分离得到的铝粉,铁粉,乳化液均有利用价值,旋蒸回收的乙醇可以再次循环利用。Based on the principle of similar solubility,this paper uses anhydrous ethanol to recover the emulsion from the waste residue.A Green,efficient and pollution-free recovery process has been found.The optimum conditions of the recovery process were determined by single factor control experiment:The liquid-solid ratio was 10,the washing temperature was40 temperture,the washing time was 2 hours,the recovery of the emulsion could reach 98.18%,the emulsions are valuable,and the ethanol recovered by rotary evaporation can be recycled again.
