摘　　要：硫磺制酸装置尾气采用氨-硫酸铵法脱硫技术。通过对脱硫塔导流装置革新、塔外氧化并加入氧化剂、提高自动化控制水平、脱硫剂制备等进行优化设计,脱硫后排放尾气完全满足国家环保部对硫酸工业污染物排放要求。吸收液硫酸铵用于磷酸二铵装置生产磷肥,实现资源全部回收利用,在行业内具有一定推广价值。The tail gas of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant adopts ammonia-ammonium sulfate desulfurization technology.Through the optimization design of the desulphurization tower diversion unit innovation,oxidation and adding oxidant outside the tower,improvement of automatic control level,preparation of desulphurization agent,etc.,the tail gas discharged after desulphurization fully meets the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection for the discharge of pollutants in sulfuric acid industry.The absorption of liquid ammonium sulfate for the production of phosphate fertilizer in diammonium phosphate unit can realize the recovery and utilization of all resources,which has certain promotion value in the industry.
