高职贫困生与非贫困生心理健康状况比较研究——以江西环境工程职业学院为例

摘　　要：高职学校的学生知识储备量较本科院校学生偏低,学习能力较弱,学习动力不足,高职贫困生更是如此。关注高职贫困生的心理问题,分析其心理状态,提出建设性的教育对策,提高高职贫困生的心理健康水平,帮助其健康成长是十分有必要的。在对高职院校贫困生心理健康状况的调查中发现,通过症状自评量表测验,高职贫困生在抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执等6项因子分,以及总均分上显著高于非贫困生,结果表明贫困生的心理健康状况显著低于非贫困生。对于贫困生的帮扶,要注重心理疏导,使其认识到经济困难只是一种客观事实,要用积极的人生态度面对困难,提高自信,改变人生。The quantity of knowledge reserve of students in vocational colleges is lower than that of undergraduates,the learning ability is weaker,and the learning motivation is insufficient,especially for poor students in vocational colleges.It is necessary to pay attention to the psychological problems of the poor students in higher vocational colleges,analyze their psychological state,put forward constructive educational countermeasures,improve their mental health level,and help them grow up healthily.In the higher vocational college students psychological health survey found that through the test of the self-assessment lists of symptom,higher vocational students on depression,anxiety,psychoticism,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia,six factors,such as,and significantly higher than that of the poor students,divide the total results show that the mental health status of the poor students is significantly lower than the poor.For the help of poor students,we should pay attention to psychological counseling and make them realize that economic difficulties are just an objective fact.We should face the difficulties with a positive attitude towards life,improve self-confidence and change our life.
