摘　　要：为缓解孕妇高血压管理效率低下的现状,提出一种移动技术与传统管理模式优势相结合的新型妊娠高血压管理模式。以移动互联网、物联网、云计算和多媒体技术为支撑,以妊娠期高血压孕妇为中心,采用SpringCloud微服务体系架构,拆分基础服务,实现孕妇和医生端的功能,孕妇端包括有蓝牙传输功能的血压计、体脂秤等终端设备和App;医生端实时监测患者健康状况,并提供个性化的远程健康监测管理服务。大大提高了妇幼保健院的服务水平,为妊娠高血压患者的管理和监测提供了有效手段。In order to alleviate the low efficiency of Maternal hypertension management,a new pregnancy hypertension management model combining the advantages of mobile technology and traditional management model is proposed.Supported by mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing and multimedia technologies,and centered on pregnant women with hypertension,the SpringCloud microservice architecture is used to separate basic services to achieve the functions of the pregnant women end and the doctors end.The pregnant women end includes terminal devices and Apps such as sphygmomanometers and body fat scales with function of Bluetooth transmission.The doctor end monitor patients’health in real time and provide personalized remote health monitoring management services.This model has greatly improved the service quality of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which has provided effective approaches for the management and monitoring of Gestational hypertension.
