摘 要:建筑节能服务对推动我国绿色建筑发展起到了至关重要的作用,主体行为是推动建筑节能服务市场发展的关键,然而目前建筑节能服务存在正外部性和信息不对称性等市场运行特征,严重影响主体的行为。本文在剖析建筑节能服务市场运行特征的基础上,分析了各主体的行为表现,进而提出健全激励机制、完善监管机制、强化节能意识、建立信息平台、提升服务质量等推进建筑节能服务市场健康发展的策略建议。Building energy-saving service plays a crucial role in the development of Green Building in China, and the participants’ behavior is the key to promote the development of building energy-saving service. However, currently, there are positive externalities and asymmetric information in building energy-saving service, which seriously affect the participants’ behavior. Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of the building energy-saving service market, this paper analyzes the behavior of various participants in the market. Furthermore, it puts forward some strategic suggestions to promote the healthy development of building energy-saving service market, such as enhancing incentive mechanism, perfecting supervision mechanism, strengthening awareness of energy saving, establishing information platform and improving service quality.
