摘  要:UV油墨具有无溶剂挥发、干燥速度快,色彩鲜艳、耐候性好的优点。UV喷墨是采用喷墨打印的数字印刷方式。UV墨中活性单体组分决定产品物性、固化、附着和喷头适用性能。通过多种丙烯酸单体组分及不同墨水配方对环氧树脂胶等材料的溶胀溶解测试,确认不同单体对不同材料的溶胀溶解有显著差异,温度、时间与溶解溶胀速度相关性也各不相同。依照得到的溶胀溶解规律,指导UV喷墨墨水配方和工艺研究,开发柔韧性、附着力、喷头安全性、配制工艺符合预期的UV喷墨墨水产品。UV ink has the advantages of non VOCs,rapid curing,bright colors and good weather resistance.UV inkjet is a digital printing method using inkjet printing.Active monomer components in UV ink determine the properties of product properties,curing,adhesion and nozzle.The swelling and dissolution of epoxy resin gum and other materials were tested by various acrylic monomer components and different ink formulations.There are significant differences in the swelling or dissolution of different materials by different monomers,and the correlation between temperature,time and dissolution rate also varies.According to the law of swelling and dissolution,guide the formulation and technology of UV inkjet ink,and develop UV inkjet ink products with Flexibility,Adhesion,Safety and Preparation Process that meet the expected performance.
