摘  要:柔性版一般包括上膜、感光层和下膜三部分,其中感光层与下膜通过粘结层合成整体,以保证在印刷过程中版材的感光层与下膜不会脱离。感光层与下膜片基中间包含一层或两层或多层,通过长期结果验证,层数越少越容易控制,成本也相对低。本文对开发的单层下膜进行评测,结合不同类型感光层,考察粘结力情况,以及长期追踪测试、耐溶剂、恒温恒湿等条件下的粘结力变化情况。结果中可以看出单层支撑膜满足使用条件,其实验室应用性效果很好。The flexographic plate generally includes the upper film,the photosensitive layer and the lower film,in which the photosensitive layer and the lower film through the bonding layer synthesis of the whole,to ensure that the plate in the printing process of the photosensitive layer and the lower film will not be separated.There are one or two or more layers between the photosensitive layer and the base material.The fewer the layers,the easier to control and the lower the cost.In this paper,the adhesive force of the developed mono-layer sub-film was evaluated,and the changes of the adhesive force under the conditions of long-term tracking test,solvent resistance and constant temperature and humidity were investigated.The results show that the mono-layer support membrane meets the application conditions,and the effect of laboratory application is very good.
