摘 要:目的:探讨无乳链球菌对星洲红鱼的致病性及其药物敏感性。方法:采用肌肉注射方式对星洲红鱼进行无乳链球菌人工感染试验,采用药敏纸片琼脂平板扩散法进行药敏试验。结果:人工感染试验结果显示:无乳链球菌对星洲红鱼具有较强的致病力,不同感染时间星洲红鱼肝脏、肌肉、心脏的菌落数存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。星洲红鱼肌肉、肝脏的菌落数与感染时间之间均存在显著的曲线相关关系(P<0.05)。药物敏感性试验结果显示:所选用的无乳链球菌对青霉素G、阿奇霉素、氟哌酸等14种药物敏感(S);对多粘菌素B、新生霉素、阿莫西林较敏感(I);对氨苄西林、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素等19种药物不敏感(R)。结论:试验所用无乳链球菌对星洲红鱼具有较强的致病力,可选用青霉素G、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素等药物防治星洲红鱼无乳链球菌病。Objective:To investigate the pathogenicity and drug sensitivity of Streptococcus agalactiae for Red Tilapia.Methods:The artificial infection test was carried out by intramuscular injection for investigating the pathogenicity and drug sensitivity of Streptococcus agalactiae for Red Tilapia.The agar plate diffusion method was using for drug susceptibility test.Results:The results of artificial infection showed that Streptococcus agalactiae had a strong pathogenicity to Red Tilapia.There were significant differences in the number of colonies from liver,muscle and heart of Red Tilapia at different infection time(P<0.01),respectively.There was a significant curve correlation between the time and the number of colonies in muscle and liver and the time of infection(P<0.05).Drug susceptibility test showed that the selected Streptococcus agalactiae was sensitive to 14 drugs such as penicillin G,azithromycin and norfloxacin,and was more sensitive to polymyxin B,neomycin and amoxicillin(I),etc.respectively.Howere,the selected Streptococcus agalactiae was insensitive to 19 drugs such as ampicillin,cefotaxime,gentamicin,etc.,respectively.Conclusion:The strains of Streptococcus agalactiae used in the experiment were highly pathogenic to Red Tilapia.Penicillin G,azithromycin,clarithromycin,etc.could be used to prevent and treat Streptococcus agalactiae disease for Red Tilapia,respectively.
