速眠新Ⅱ对中华田园犬麻醉时生命指征的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究速眠新Ⅱ对中华田园犬麻醉时生命指征的影响。方法:成年中华田园犬8只,每只犬按0.15 mL/kg体重在股二头肌处注射速眠新Ⅱ,分别在麻醉0、0.5、1.0和1.5和2.0 h 5个时间点测定犬的呼吸数、脉搏数、直肠温度、血氧饱和度、血压,并观察麻醉效果。结果:在0.5、1.0 h时,镇静、镇痛和肌松效果最佳。与0 h相比,0.5 h时呼吸数、脉搏数极显著下降(P<0.01),体温、血压、血氧饱和度无显著变化(P>0.05);1.0 h时,呼吸数、脉搏数极显著下降(P<0.01),低压显著下降(P<0.05),体温、血氧饱和度、高压无显著变化(P>0.05),1.5 h时,呼吸数、脉搏数、高压极显著下降(P<0.01),体温、血氧饱和度、高压无显著变化(P>0.05),2.0 h时,呼吸数、脉搏数、高压均极显著下降(P<0.01),低压显著下降(P<0.05),体温、血氧饱和度无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:在速眠新Ⅱ的麻醉过程中,犬的呼吸数、脉搏数、高压均极显著下降(P<0.01),低压显著下降(P<0.05),血氧饱和度和体温变化不显著(P>0.05),提示速眠新Ⅱ麻醉时对犬的呼吸数和脉搏数和高压有明显抑制作用,应加强麻醉监护,并做好田园犬的保温措施。Objective:To study the changes of vital signs on Sumianxin Ⅱ injection anaesthesia in chinese idyllic dogs.Methods:Eight healthy Chinese country yard dogs were anesthetized by quadriceps injection of Sumianxin Ⅱ at a dose of 0.15 mL/kg body weight,which were measured by the number of breathing,heart rate,rectal temperature,oxygen saturation and observing the effect of anesthesia,at 0,0.5,1,1.5 and 2 h after anesthesia.Results:At 0.5 and 1.0 h,sedative,analgesic and muscle relaxant effects are the best.Compared with 0 h,respiratory number and pulse number decreased significantly at 0.5 h(P<0.01),while body temperature,blood pressure and oxygen saturation did not change significantly(P>0.05)。At 1.0 h,the respiratory number and pulse number decreased significantly(P<0.01),the low pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there were no significant changes in body temperature,blood oxygen saturation and high pressure(P>0.05).At 1.5 h,the respiratory number,pulse number and high pressure decreased significantly(P<0.01),while the body temperature,blood oxygen saturation and high pressure did not change significantly(P>0.05).At 2.0 h,the respiratory number,pulse number and high pressure all decreased significantly(P<0.01),while the low pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant change in body temperature and blood oxygen saturation(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of SumianxinⅡInjection anesthesia,dog breath number,pulse number,high pressure were significantly decreased(P<0.01),low pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05),the blood oxygen saturation and temperature change was not significant(P>0.05),tip SumianxinⅡInjection anesthesia breathing number and pulse number of dogs have obvious inhibitory effect and high pressure,anesthesia monitoring should be strengthened,and insulation measured.
