摘 要:目的:研究牡丹皮不同炮制品(牡丹皮、酒牡丹皮、牡丹皮炭)分别在煎液和沉淀物中重金属转移率的变化,对牡丹皮不同炮制品中Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb共5种重金属的含量进行检测,算转移比例。方法:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),以微波消解样品,以In、Ge、Sc为内标,标准物质建立Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb等5种重金属的ICP-MS测定方法,并测定牡丹皮不同炮制品(牡丹皮、酒牡丹皮、牡丹皮炭)中的饮片、煎液、沉淀中5种重金属的含量,并通过换算重金属从饮片中转移到煎液与沉淀中的比例。结果:酒炙后的牡丹皮中As的总转移率提高,Cu、Pb总转移率略有降低,Cd、Hg的总转移率略升高;炭制后的牡丹皮中Cu、Pb、As、Cd、Hg的总转移率明显降低。结论:结果显示不同的炮制方法对牡丹皮中重金属的转移率是有所影响的。Objective:To study the transfer rates change of heavy metals in decoction and precipitation of different processed products of Cortex Mortan(Cortex Mortan,Wine-fried Cortex Mortan,Carbonized Cortex Mortan).The contents of five heavy metals,including Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb,in different processed products of Cortex Mortan were determined,and the transfer rates of five heavy metals were detected.Methods:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to establish the determination method of five heavy metals including Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb,using microwave to digest the samples,In,Ge and Sc as the internal standard,carrot was used as the quality control standard material.Then,the contents of five heavy metals in the herbal pieces,decoction and precipitation of different processed products of Cortex Mortan(Cortex Mortan,Wine-fried Cortex Mortan,Carbonized Cortex Mortan)were determined.After computation,the transfer rates of heavy metals from the herbal pieces to the decoction and precipitation were obtained.Results:The study showed that total transfer rate of As was slightly increased and total transfer rates of Cu,Cd,Hg and Pb were slightly decreased in Wine-fried Cortex Mortan.Total transfer rates of Cu and Pb were decreased significantly and total transfer rates of As,Cd and Hg were decreased slightly.Conclusion:The results indicated that different processing methods had some influence on heavy metal transfer rates in Cortex Mortan.
