摘  要:在醋酸钴合成单元的反应原料中,乙酸溶液具有易燃爆、腐蚀等特性,而H 2O 2是强氧化剂,极易分解甚至爆炸。文章采用道化学火灾爆炸危险指数评价法对醋酸钴合成单元进行定量安全评价,得出其火灾爆炸危险指数为105.84,危险等级属于中等型。从乙酸溶液的闪点和H 2O 2失控分解的安全泄放着手,对工艺过程进行危险性分析,提出并实施了针对性的安全控制措施,实际火灾爆炸指数明显降低,危险程度属于最轻型(本质安全型),可为同类生产单元的建设以及在役装置的事故风险预防和安全生产提供依据。The reaction raw material acetic acid solution of the cobalt acetate synthesis unit has the characteristics of flammable explosion and corrosion.Hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidant,which is easily decomposed or even exploded.In this paper,the Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Risk Index Evaluation Method is used to quantitatively evaluate the safety of the cobalt acetate synthesis unit,which concludes the fire and explosion hazard index is 105.84,and the hazard level is medium.The risk analysis of process was carried out from the flash point of the acetic acid solution and the safe release of H 2O 2 uncontrolled decomposition.After the specific safety control measures were adopted,the actual fire and explosion index was significantly reduced,and the degree of danger was the lightest type(intrinsically safe type).This analysis provides a basis for the construction of similar production units and accident risk prevention and safe production of in-service devices.
