摘 要:在三元正极材料中添加石墨烯,研究不同状态的石墨烯及其添加量对电池低温和倍率性能的影响。结果表明,质量分数20%的石墨烯浆料和2%的Super P配合使用效果更好,三元颗粒表面及空隙之间的石墨烯分散更均匀。该组样品在-20℃下1 C放电容量为1635.2 mAh,容量保持率为76.8%,相比未加石墨烯的对照组性能提升43.5%。该组样品在室温下10 C放电容量为908.1 mAh,容量保持率为42.6%,相比对照组容量提升76%。With the addition of graphene in ternary cathode material,the effect of different type grapheme and additive amount on the performance of Li-ion battery was studied.When conductive agent consisted of 20%graphene and2%Super P,the low temperature and high power discharge performance of the battery was the best.The SEM showed that the graphene dispersed more evenly on the surface and in the gaps of the ternary particles.The discharge capacity was 1635.2 mAh at-20℃,and it could release 76.8%of the nominal capacity,which was 43.5%higher than that of the control group.The discharge capacity was 908.1 mAh at 10 C high rate,and it could release42.6%of the nominal capacity,which was 76%higher than that of the control group.
